Appointments Policy at Appletree Dental Surgery

We will always endeavour to be on time for your appointment, however sometimes a patient in pain may cause us to run late. We hope that you will understand as we do our best to help the patient.

We will always speak to you kindly and courteously, we never raise our voices, swear or approach you in an aggressive manner and we expect the same from our patients.

If you can no longer attend your appointment please let us know as soon as possible so that we can offer the appointment to someone else, who may be in pain.

If you fail to attend two appointments then you will be asked to pay a non-refundable deposit on arranging your next appointment. The deposit will contribute towards the treatment you receive.
